Standard Shipping
We use fully tracked delivery services. Orders are typically delivered Monday through Friday, excluding local public holidays.
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM (local time) will be processed and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM are processed the next business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
- Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over £15 (UK) / €18 (EU) / $20 (US).
- A signature is not currently required upon delivery.
Delivery Timeframes:
- 3-5 working days
Expedited / Next-Day Delivery (UK & Select EU Regions Only)
- Available at checkout for eligible addresses.
- Order cutoff time: 1:00 PM (local time) for same-day dispatch and next-working-day delivery.
- A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch.
Custom Orders
- Please allow 10-15 business days for production and dispatch of custom or made-to-order items before standard delivery timeframes begin.
- You will receive production updates and a tracking number once your custom order ships.
Important Notes:
- Delivery estimates begin from the dispatch date, not the order date.
- High-value orders or shipments to remote/offshore locations (e.g., certain islands, remote areas) may experience slight delays and are subject to extended delivery times.
- During promotional periods or peak seasons, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
