The unit features a precision-engineered air pump that employs cold-mist physical atomization to ensure the aroma remains authentic and unaltered. A soft, gentle mechanical hum is characteristic of this process. For those who are highly sensitive to sound, we recommend placing the device slightly away from your sleeping area or enjoying its superior diffusion efficiency during daytime hours.

This is because a waterless nebulizer disperses 100% pure essential oil, rather than an oil-water mixture. The resulting coverage and scent longevity are significantly superior to water-based devices. You can utilize the "intermittent mist mode" to precisely control the intensity, allowing you to optimize oil usage while maintaining a balanced, pleasant atmosphere.

Pure essential oils possess high potency and chemical activity. Glass provides the ultimate chemical stability, ensuring no reaction occurs between the oil and the container. This preserves the genuine, authentic scent of your oils. Furthermore, our glass nebulizing chamber is entirely free of microplastics, eliminating any risk of plasticizer leaching during atomization and ensuring a cleaner, healthier breathing environment.

Our diffuser is compatible with 95% of high-quality pure essential oils. We do not recommend using highly viscous oils (such as Sandalwood, Myrrh, or Benzoin) or carrier oils (such as Jojoba or Sweet Almond oil) directly. If you wish to use thicker oils, please dilute them with high-flow citrus oils before adding them to the chamber.

Safety Guidelines: Avoid using the device in small, enclosed spaces with pets (particularly cats, whose unique liver metabolism makes them sensitive to certain compounds) or infants. We recommend keeping the area well-ventilated during use.

Avoid Sensitive Oils: Keep the environment safe for young children by avoiding highly stimulating oils such as Peppermint, Eucalyptus Globulus, and Camphor. We recommend consulting a certified aromatherapist regarding age-appropriate usage.

Pet-Friendly Odor Control: When used in well-ventilated spaces, gentle and purifying oils like Lemon, Sweet Orange, or Lavender can effectively neutralize pet-related odors. Always ensure that pets have free access to leave the room for their comfort.

General Precaution: Always place the device out of reach of children and pets to prevent accidental tipping or breakage of the glass components.

For the safety of your device and furniture, the unit is designed for vertical placement. While the glass chamber fits securely, the nature of the physical atomization structure means the device must never be placed horizontally or upside down. Please ensure it is operated on a flat, stable surface.

This is typically related to oil viscosity or usage conditions:

Low indoor temperatures may increase the viscosity of certain oils, slowing flow.

Low oil levels may prevent the intake tube from reaching the liquid.

Gently tilting the device to redistribute the oil, or performing a standard alcohol-based deep clean, will usually resolve this.

To ensure optimal performance, we recommend a deep clean once a month, or prior to any prolonged period of inactivity (two weeks or more).
Cleaning Method: Fill the empty glass chamber with a small amount of pure rubbing alcohol (75%-95%), run the device for 10-15 minutes to dissolve any lingering oil residue, then discard the remaining alcohol and allow it to air dry.
